Recruiting team members is an important part of any camp! We also need to make sure we do it safely – even if it takes more time!

Instructions

  1. After following the link, request access to edit the form. We will give you access as soon as possible.
  2. IMPORTANT: Please don’t edit the template. Instead, make a copy of the template before editing.
    You can do this by clicking the button in the top right corner, and selecting ‘Make a copy’.

3. Read through the application form, edit and personalise it.
E.g. You will need to add a link to your church or group’s statement of faith.
4. Please follow your church or group’s safe recruitment process.
